Black Bread Mixed in the Food Processor

This recipe for black bread is delicious, especially with seafood. For best results, it should be thinly sliced. You can do the mixing in the food processor, if you have one. That will cut down considerably on the work involved.  If you know how to raise bread in your microwave, you can reduce the preparation time by hours.  

 

The recipe contains a selection of healthy flours and is darkened with good quality cocoa and brown sugar.
