Does anyone else love muffins as much as I do?  This recipe for cranberry orange muffins is made using whole wheat flour, so its healthy as well as delicious.

You do know the secret to making high, fluffy muffins, right?  Well, actually there are two secrets. The first is to use large muffins tins and fill them right to the top with muffin batter. This ensures the muffins will peak over the top in a lovely dome shape.

The second secret is to barely blend the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together. Mix both well BEFORE combining, but after combining, be careful that you do not overmix.
