I have located a recipe for cinnamon quick bread that is so fast and easy, you won’t believe how good it is. You simply toss all ingredients into an electric mixer, beat for three minutes and your batter is ready for the pan. Toss on a simple topping and you’re good to go.
It couldn’t be much simpler than that, and as I said before, the end result is yummy.
